Home services

Home Watch, maintenance and concierge.

What is Home Watch?

Home Watch is a scheduled, non-invasive visual observation of a home or property for obvious issues or changes while the owner is away. It is not a licensed home inspection, security service or guarantee against damage.

What do I receive after each visit?

You receive a GPS- and time-verified report with the completed checklist, photographs, observations and any items needing attention. Urgent concerns are communicated promptly rather than waiting for the routine report.

What happens if you find a problem?

We document the concern, contact you and follow your authorization instructions. If requested, we can coordinate access for an appropriate vendor or contractor. Repairs and licensed trade work are billed separately by the provider performing them.

Do you offer short-term vacation checks?

Yes. Short-Term Vacation Watch is available for homeowners leaving for a few days or several weeks without requiring a recurring monthly plan.

Can you meet contractors or accept deliveries?

Yes. Vendor access, appointment oversight, deliveries and related concierge help can be arranged in advance.

Do you offer storm preparation and post-storm checks?

Yes, subject to scheduling, safe access and storm conditions. Pre-storm requests are quoted according to the work involved, and post-storm visual checks can be arranged separately.

How are keys and access information handled?

Access arrangements are documented during onboarding and kept with the client’s service records. We will confirm the safest practical option for your property before service begins.

Are you insured?

Yes. Home to Harbor Property Care is fully insured, and proof of insurance is available upon request.

Can services be customized?

Yes. Home Watch, light maintenance and concierge support can be combined around your property and schedule, provided the requested work is safe, lawful and within our insurance coverage.

Boat care

Cleaning, detailing and protection.

Do you service boats on lifts and in wet slips?

Yes. We service boats at private docks, on lifts and in wet slips when there is safe, workable access to the areas being cleaned.

What does the customer need to provide?

Safe access to the boat and an accessible freshwater connection are normally required. We bring marine-safe cleaning products and routine detailing equipment. Any unusual access or utility needs will be confirmed with the estimate.

What is the difference between a Maintenance Wash and a Detailed Wash?

A Maintenance Wash is intended for a boat already in good, regularly maintained condition. A Detailed Wash adds deeper cleaning for vinyl, cushions, cockpit areas, accessible compartments, light mildew, stains, water spots and surface rust.

How often should my boat be cleaned and protected?

Many Gulf Coast boats benefit from washing every two to four weeks, deeper detailing every three to six months, and renewed wax or sealant approximately every four to six months. Actual timing depends on use, exposure, storage and the products already on the boat.

Can you remove oxidation or apply ceramic coating?

Yes. Oxidation correction and marine ceramic coating are quoted after reviewing the gelcoat, condition, access and preparation required. Photos may be enough for an initial estimate, but some boats require an in-person assessment.

Do you operate or move customer boats?

No. Standard service does not include operating, driving or relocating customer boats. Equipment is only handled when specifically included in the written service scope and it can be done safely.

What boat sizes do you service?

Published package pricing covers boats up to 30 feet. Larger boats require an individual quote and confirmation that the work falls within our insurance and safe-access requirements.

Can I text photos for an estimate?

Yes. Text the boat length, location, requested service and several clear photos to (941) 529-6359.
