We live in the Lakewood Ranch area and keep our boat on the Manatee River. Jamie has been visiting Longboat Key since childhood and later owned a condo there. That familiarity, along with our own boating experience, helps us understand the care local homes and boats need.
Jamie brings 15 years of real-estate experience, beginning in Missouri and continuing as a licensed real-estate professional in Florida. She oversees client communication, scheduling and the details behind every service relationship.
Matt brings hands-on experience in property maintenance, boat cleaning, detailing and surface care. He handles field visits with the practical attention that homes and boats require.
